Return Policy

Retail Transactions:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for all retail transactions. Customer must contact to obtain a RMA number to start the return process within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost and will charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. All return items must arrive within 7 days after the RMA number is generated. All returns without the RMA number provided by D&E Collections will not be honored and customers are responsible for all shipping costs for return packages without an RMA number. All defected items will be replaced. Customers must contact D&E within 2 days of delivery to obtain a RMA number for all defective items.

Wholesale Transactions:

All sales transactions by wholesale accounts are final. No refunds or exchanges. For all defective items please contact or 626-685-8881 for replacement.
