Return Policy

Retail Transactions: accept return within 7 days of delivery for all retail transactions. Customer must contact to obtain a RMA number to start the return process with 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost and will charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. All return items must arrived within 7 days after the RMA  number generated. All returns without the RMA number  provide by D & E Collections will not be honored and customer is responsible for all shipping cost back to you for return packages without RMA number.  All defected Items will be replaced. Customers must contact D & E within 2 days of delivery to obtain a RMA number for all defective items.

Wholesale Transactions:

All sales transactions by wholesale accounts are final. No refunds or exchanges. For all defective items please contact or 626-685-8881 for replacement.
